Designed to fit securely into the bottom rear cavity of the Glock 42/43 frames using a reliable friction fit, this upgrade enhances both ergonomics and protection without altering your magazine’s capacity.
The PG-42 grip extension replaces the factory magazine base plate and adds approximately 3/4″ of extra length, providing a more natural finger placement for improved control, comfort, and recoil management—all without sacrificing concealability. The insert component helps block dust and debris from entering the back cavity of the grip frame, preserving the firearm’s performance in tough environments.
