Cancellation/Refund Policy
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit. A 15% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges. Customers are able to cancel an order anytime before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of business (5:00 PM PST) the day that you placed the order, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.

Shipping:
We do our best to ship same day or next day. HOWEVER, we are a small business and sometimes, when we get an unexpected amount of orders, shipping can be delayed up to 4-6 weeks. If you make a purchase and choose to cancel it before it ships, your order may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and tags.

Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If the item is returned in its original, unused condition, a full refund of the item cost (excluding original shipping cost) will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within [2 business days] of receiving the returned item.

Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Any damage or wear beyond normal use may affect eligibility for assistance or any potential refunds/exchanges.

Damaged Items
If the returned item is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct 40% of the original item cost from your refund.
Damaged items include, but are not limited to, items with signs of wear, rust, or use that affect their resale value.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, rail kits, and items marked as final sale, used barrels, jigs, and ammunition.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for any assistance beyond the return period. This helps us verify the purchase and provide the best support possible.

Contact Customer Support: To initiate a request for assistance, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with any necessary instructions for returning the item.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to helping you with your purchase to the best of our abilities, even beyond the standard return period.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

New gun laws are always being passed.. (literally!) . While we make every effort to update our shipping policy to reflect state and federal laws, the information contained on this page may not always be current or all-inclusive (Seems to change daily). It is your responsibility to know and understand all current laws governing the sale, transport, making of, and ownership of a firearm in your state. Any orders placed that cannot be fulfilled because of certain state or federal laws may be subject to an automatic cancellation and refund, and such orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (BE AWARE, WE WILL NOT SEND YOU THE PRODUCT) .

Rail Kits: We do not ship rail kits to the District of Columbia, Illinois, New York, Washington State, or Washington, D.C. If you knowingly place an order without reading the shipping restrictions that are next to the product photo, you will be charged a 10% non-refundable restocking fee.

Aim Arms only ships within the United States (DO NOT TRY IF YOUR ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY). Shipping is prohibited to states and locals with restrictions against certain parts and/or accessories (i.e. states with high-capacity magazine restrictions). Federal legislation dictates we cannot ship our products internationally (AGAIN, DO NOT TRY). Please review state-specific restrictions below before to ensure you can purchase and receive our products before placing an order:

New Jersey

New Jersey’s Attorney General has demanded that companies stop marketing and selling untraceable weapons or “ghost guns”. Unfortunately, we cannot allow sales or shipping of any of our items to the state of New Jersey. See N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9g.

New York

New York’s Attorney General has also demanded that companies stop marketing and selling 80% lowers and firearm receiver blanks to residents in New York. Unfortunately, we cannot allow sales or shipping of our products to New York.

New York law criminalizes the possession, manufacture, sale, and transportation of assault weapons, which are defined as any semiautomatic rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has at least one of several enumerated secondary characteristics, including a pistol grip or a stock that folds, telescopes, or bears a thumbhole.

Connecticut

Connecticut recently enacted Substitute House Bill No. 7219 Public Act No. 19-6. This Bill prohibits the sale, shipment, and ownership of un-serialized 80% lower receivers and all other firearm receiver and frame blanks in the state of Connecticut. Since receiver and frame blanks are not regulated by the ATF and are not engraved with unique serial numbers at the time of manufacture, we cannot sell 80% lowers to Connecticut residents.

Washington

(HB 1739 effective July 1, 2019)
Unfortunately, we can’t allow sales or shipping of undetectable and/or untraceable unfinished lower receivers to the state of Washington.

District of Columbia

Please be aware of your local firearms laws. Such laws are updated frequently and restrictions described here may not be complete.
