Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders the same day, as long as they are placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following business day.

Please note, as a small business, occasional 1-day delays may occur during periods of high volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding in those rare instances.

If you cancel an order after 5:00 PM PST on the day you placed it, no cancellation fee will apply. However, if you cancel before your order ships, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You must initiate a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Used Items:
If returned items show signs of wear, rust, or use, 40% will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Gift cards

  • Rail kits

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used barrels

  • Jigs

  • Ammunition

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all return or support requests beyond the standard return period.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship within the United States. International orders are strictly not allowed. Do not attempt to place an order from outside the U.S.

It is your responsibility to know and understand your local, state, and federal firearm laws. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions will be automatically canceled and refunded with a 10% restocking fee.

Rail Kit Restrictions

We do not ship rail kits to:

  • District of Columbia

  • Illinois

  • New York

  • Washington State

If you place an order in violation of these restrictions, a 10% non-refundable restocking fee will apply.

State-Specific Shipping Bans

We do not ship products to the following states due to local laws and attorney general directives:

New Jersey

We do not ship any products to New Jersey. Under N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9g, all “ghost guns” and untraceable firearm components are prohibited.

New York

Sales and shipments of 80% lowers and receiver blanks are banned in New York.

Additionally, New York criminalizes the sale and transport of “assault weapons,” which include semi-automatic rifles with detachable magazines and certain features (e.g., pistol grips, telescoping stocks, thumbholes).

Connecticut

Per Public Act No. 19-6, all un-serialized 80% lower receivers and firearm blanks are banned. We do not ship to Connecticut.

Washington

As of HB 1739 (effective July 1, 2019), we cannot sell or ship unfinished lower receivers to Washington State.

District of Columbia

Due to strict local firearm laws, we do not ship to the District of Columbia.
