Aim Arms shipping and refund policies – Cancellation/Refund Policy

You must arrange returns or exchanges within 10 days of receipt. To receive return credit, ensure the item is unopened and in its original packaging. We apply a 15% restocking fee to all returns and exchanges. If you cancel your order after 5:00 PM PST on the day you placed it, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee. Shipping:
We certainly strive to ship orders the same day or the next day. HOWEVER, as a small business, we may experience delays of up to 4-6 weeks when we receive an unexpected volume of orders. If you cancel your order before it ships, we will certainly charge a 10% cancellation fee.

Eligibility for Returns
Return items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Ensure items remain in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Shipping
Buyers must cover all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If you return the item in its original, unused condition, we will process a full refund of the item cost (excluding the original shipping cost). We will issue the refund to your original method of payment within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Any damage or wear beyond normal use may affect eligibility for assistance or any potential refunds/exchanges.

Damaged Items
If you return a damaged item, we will deduct 40% of the original item cost from your refund. Damaged items include, but are not limited to, items that show signs of wear, rust, or use, which affect their resale value.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not refund certain items, including but not limited to gift cards, rail kits, items marked as final sale, used barrels, jigs, and also ammunition.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase for any assistance beyond the return period. This helps us verify your purchase and also offer the best support possible.

Contact Customer Support: To initiate a request for assistance, contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process and give you any necessary instructions for returning the item.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

New gun laws are always being passed (literally!). We make every effort to update our shipping policy to reflect state and federal laws, but the information on this page may not always be current or all-inclusive, as it changes daily. It is your responsibility to know and understand all current laws governing the sale, transport, making of, and ownership of a firearm in your state. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to state or federal laws will be automatically canceled and refunded. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and also we will not send you the product.

Rail Kits: We don’t ship rail kits to the District of Columbia, Illinois, New York, Washington State, or Washington, D.C. If you place an order without reading the shipping restrictions next to the product photo, we will certainly charge you a 10% non-refundable restocking fee.

Aim Arms only ships within the United States (DO NOT TRY IF YOUR ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY). We do not ship to states or localities with restrictions on parts or accessories, including high-capacity magazine bans. Federal legislation dictates we cannot ship our products internationally (AGAIN, DO NOT TRY). Please review state-specific restrictions below before to ensure you can purchase and receive our products before placing an order:

New Jersey

New Jersey’s Attorney General has demanded that companies stop marketing and selling untraceable weapons or ‘ghost guns.’ As a result, we certainly cannot ship or sell any of our items to New Jersey. See N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9g.

New York

New York’s Attorney General has also demanded that companies stop marketing and selling 80% lowers and firearm receiver blanks to residents in New York. Unfortunately, we cannot allow sales or also shipping of our products to New York.

New York law criminalizes the possession, manufacture, sale, and transportation of assault weapons, which are defined as any semiautomatic rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has at least one of several enumerated secondary characteristics, including a pistol grip or a stock that folds, telescopes, or bears a thumbhole.

Connecticut

Connecticut recently enacted Substitute House Bill No. 7219 Public Act No. 19-6. This Bill prohibits the sale, shipment, and ownership of un-serialized 80% lower receivers and all other firearm receiver and frame blanks in the state of Connecticut. Since receiver and frame blanks are not regulated by the ATF and are not engraved with unique serial numbers at the time of manufacture, we cannot sell 80% lowers to Connecticut residents.

Washington

(HB 1739 effective July 1, 2019)
Unfortunately, we can’t allow sales or shipping of undetectable and/or untraceable unfinished lower receivers to the state of Washington.

District of Columbia
