I bought a complete slide a few years back at a Gun Show from AIM ARMS. The slide came with fiber optic front and rears. The rears, fiber circumference wise are significantly larger than the front. I have no idea what size they are, front or rear. The front must have broken in transit to and from, as this slide is an "also have" conversion for a G, that is bagged separately in a range bag. Suddenly no front fiber optic.I found Sam's card from the show and lobbed him a call. No voice mail. HE ANSWERED! He asked me to shoot a picture of both front and rear so he could try and figure out which manufacturer made these sites that were affixed to this slide.Couple hours later he sent me a picture of some fiber optic sticks he thought 80% chance would fit and offered to send them to me no cost.WOW, what great customer service.I wish all of the businesses, I do business with, regardless of "when" operated like this.BRAVO AIM ARMSUPDATE 10 11 24AimArms is outstanding. Unable to find the miniscule size of the fiber in the original front sight, bought on a slide from them, Sam sent me a brand new one, with the sight tool to remove the old one and replace it. The original pair of fiber sticks he sent me hoping for a match, were too large and a no go. The new front sight he sent, is the exact replica, but with a slightly larger circumference fiber optic. Hopefully, if needed to be replaced, would be an easier find. What a great company and commitment to customer service. I bought the original slide at a show a couple of years ago, and AimArms covered the cost of front sight research, replacement, shipping, and really stepped up to make this all work out for the end consumer. What a great company and ownership.I am a PERMANENT fan of this company.

The best shop for all your firearms needs and if they don't have it you call and talk to sam and he will find a way to get what your looking for if I could give them 10 stars I would but it only allows 5 and he stands behind all his products 100%

Great people to deal with, they found the items I had been looking for. Gave me a very competitive price and had ot to me really quickly.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had the parts I was looking for and offered useful suggestions for stuff I was clueless about. If they don't have it in stock, they seem to be able to get it pretty quickly. I'll definitely shop with Aim again.
